Shipping Policy

We do our best to have all packages shipped out of our Fulfillment center within 1-2 business days of your payment processing successfully. All orders are shipped out Monday through Friday according to the following schedule:

• All orders placed before 4:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time) Monday through Friday will be shipped out the following business day
• Orders placed on weekends and major Holidays will be shipped out the next business day
• Overnight and 2nd Day Air: Orders placed before 9:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time) are shipped the following day. Therefore, if you choose Next Day Air it will leave our shipping facility the following day and arrive at its destination the next day.
• We reserve the right to hold shipments if we believe weather conditions (extreme heat or freezing cold) may impact the quality of our product.

We offer free shipping for domestic orders over $50 and they will be sent using USPS First Class shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. A confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number once your package ships.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with each purchase, but we understand that sometimes things happen. You can return most unopened, unused products within 7 days of receiving it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchange for Damaged Goods

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please email us at with a picture of the damaged product. We will be happy to refund or replace your purchase.

We will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on We will not accept returns from a purchase made in a retail store.

Return Process

Email us at   to let us know that you will be returning your product within the 7-day time limit and to request the return shipping address and shipping instruction. Please include the order number in your email.

Please provide us with the tracking number once the order is sent back to us.

Once we receive your unopened, unused items, we will process your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your statement.
